Pricing
The following are rates and pricing for services rendered by Vector Collision Reconstruction,
LLC. These prices are effective as of July 1, 2022 and may not be the most current. Please
contact Vector Collision Reconstruction, LLC to verify current rates.
General Investigation
Gathering information through personal interviews (in person or by phone), searching for public records, and other general non-reconstruction work
$100/hour
Photography
Photographing crash/crime scenes, vehicles, persons, etc. when not part of another package. Milage will be extra.
$125/hour
Record Review
Reviewing other party’s reports, records, diagrams, camera footage, photographs, etc. to verify or dispute data, information and/or opinions:
$125/hour
Reconstruction Work
Responding to collision scene, wrecker yard, etc. to obtain data/measurements for a complete reconstruction including a scale diagram, computer CAD work, speed
calculations, detailed report and reconstruction narrative. Fee includes creating any visual/written documents.
$200/hour
EDR Imaging
Imaging Event Data Recorders (EDR) / Airbag Control Modules (ACM) using DLC/OBDII port or “desktop” download going “Direct to Module”.
Additional fees if additional cables are needed or extended time to get to module due to crash damage.
$300/vehicle
Testimony
Fees for Courtroom Testimony or Sworn Depositions
$250/hour
Milage
Mileage is billed at the IRS/GSA business rate, which as of June 9, 2022 is
$0.625/mile
Per Diem
All per diem costs are billed as the IRS/GSA per diem rates, depending upon location:
Packages
Obviously each case may require different work. We work with our clients to find the best pricing for the work needed. Let us know your needs so we can come up with a plan that fits your situation.
Charges that have an hourly rate will be billed by quarter hour (15-minute intervals), which
does not include the mileage (billed separately).
Unless otherwise agreed upon by Vector Collision Reconstruction, LLC and the client, any
formal work will not begin until at least half of the contracted retainer is paid. Unless otherwise
agreed upon by Vector Collision Reconstruction, LLC, no work product will be produced until
the full billed amount per contract is paid.
