Dear prospective client,

Thank you for taking the time to review my skills, education
and experience. I hope that you will find me more than
qualified to assist you.

To introduce myself, I have been a Texas Peace Officer for
over 24 years. I currently hold the rank of Commander
with a Texas police agency. During my time, I have had
the opportunity to attend numerous collision and
investigation training classes. I became a member of our
Collision Investigation Team (CIT) over 12 years ago and
now supervise the unit.

During my time as a patrol officer, I have investigated
hundreds of accidents involving injury or death, not to
count those with just property damage. With my time as a
reconstructionist, I have investigated dozens of major
injury and fatality traffic collisions including over a dozen
reconstructions of commercial motor vehicle crashes and
over a dozen motorcycle fatalities. Although you may
find experts with more crash reconstructions, I have trial
experience in cases involving traffic tickets all the way up
to murders, as well as intoxication and traffic fatality
incidents.

I may be able to assist you by:
• Providing court ready documents from my own
investigation into a traffic collision
• Analyze other’s reports to find any errors, omissions
or mistakes
• Provide forensic photographs of scenes and
vehicles
• Obtain vehicle crash data utilizing Bosch CDR
equipment
